The Fund is an unregistered pooled managed investment scheme, structured as a unit trust available to Wholesale Clients only. The Fund will provide investors with the opportunity to access returns from exposure in Bitcoin (BTC) and aims to deliver attractive absolute returns which complies with the Fund’s investment principles. Parkworth Investments Pty Ltd is the investment manager of the Fund.
International Crypto Fund aims to be the first choice for anyone in Australia looking to invest in a Bitcoin (BTC) offering, in a transparent way without compromising the integrity of the investment product.
The Fund will invest primarily in BTC but the Manager may, at its full discretion, invest in other Cryptocurrency Assets up to 20% of the total Assets Under Management (AUM). The Manager may also invest in cash and cash securities up to 20% of the total AUM.

The Fund is an unregistered pooled managed investment scheme, available to wholesale investors only. The fund will provide investors with the opportunity to access returns from a diversified portfolio and aims to deliver attractive absolute returns which complies with the fund’s investment principles. Parkworth Investments Pty Ltd is the investment manager of the fund and will assess investment opportunities in reference to its investment objective, investment strategy and investment parameters as outlined below.
